I am writing this letter to express my extreem satisfaction for Katie Colden, as my Keller Williams Realtor. Katie did a wonderful job finding me a condo in a very short amount of time. Being a teacher, and a band director, it was very difficult for me to meet with her during normal work hours. Katie was always available to me during the evenings and even on Sundays. She was always prompt and on time, and kept in consistent contact with me over the phone. As a "first time buyer", she was extremely helpful talking me through the process. She is very knowledgable in her business, and was always able to give me answers.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Kaite Colden as your realtor. Katie went out of her way yo make sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend her to my friends and family, and plan on using her in the future.
